Здравствуйте. При покупке билета на мою почту выслали код. По этому коду надо получить билет в автоматах самообслуживания, а эти автоматы только на территории Венгрии. То есть сначала мне надо побывать в Венгрии, получить билет, а уже потом из Чехии ехать в Будапешт) Вот текст письма, которое пришло мне на почту после покупки билетов:

However our prices are declared in euro, payment is made in HUF. The calculation between Euro and HUF applies the exchange rate that is determined and guaranteed by the MÁV-START. Therefore in case of Euro account, the actual charged value may differ from the indicated Euro price.
In accordance with §105 of the VAT Code of Hungary, international tickets and seat reservations are free from VAT.

Refund:
If you cannot travel for any reason, and your ticket is refundable according to the above Terms & Conditions, please collect your ticket from the e-Ticket machine, and fill the Refund / Compensation request form (downloadable from our website), and submit them at the Personal Customer Service Office, or at any international booking offices of MÁV-START Co. Refund / Compensation request forms are also available at the station booking offices. The amount of the refund for tickets purchased through the internet can exclusively be transferred back to the bank account linked to the bank card used for the purchase. Refunded ticket value cannot be paid back in cash. The fare for the distance not travelled will be refunded. Please note, that an administration fee is applied. Invoice
No invoice is issued of the purchase. The ticket serves as a receipt of purchase.
